Shipping: We ship same day, if order is received by 2:00pm(mon-fri). LTL Truck orders ship within 24 hours. We use UPS ground service as our primary method of shipping. Please provide your street shipping address when you order; ground service does not deliver to post office boxes. Shipping charges vary by order weight and can be determined by ordering online or by phone. If you would prefer mailing or faxing your order form to us, we will inform you of the order total, including shipping, prior to processing your order.

Price and Availability: Product price and availability is subject to change without notice. We will contact you prior to shipping your order if price and/or availability issues arise.

Returns: Returned material will be accepted only with approval of Vacuum Sales, Inc..Call 800-547-7790 for an RGA before returning merchandise. Material must be in original container and is subject to a 15% restock charge.  Returns will not be accepted after 15days.

Warranty: Most pump manufacturers carry a conditional one year warranty*. *see specific manufacturer’s warranty for full details.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Vacuum Sales Inc. be liable for costs of procurement of substitute goods by anyone, nor for loss of revenue due to down time, nor will we be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of the purchase, use or performance of the product and whether or not it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing allocation of risk is reflected in the price of the products.
